Grant Accounting
The Restricted Accounting Office (RA) is responsible for grant award accounting, compliance with governmental and grantor regulations, completing grant audits including the A-133 audit and negotiating the facilities and administrative (Indirect) cost rate for the University. RA works closely with the Office of Research Services (ORS), Corporate and Foundation Relations and Principal Investigators (PIs) to ensure all government and private awards are accounted for and reported properly.
RA assists PIs and budget managers with questions related to financial activity in the fund 5xx series. RA prepares and submits all financial and cost share reports and invoices to grantors.
For all Vincentian Endowment Fund grants (those with project numbers beginning with 7xx), questions should be directed to the Division of Mission and Ministry. More details and contact information for VEF grants can be found here.
