Adobe Creative Cloud: Version Difference Between Classroom/Lab and Administrative Workstations

For Classroom and Lab Computers

Information Services updates Creative Cloud software installed on classroom and lab computers once per year, usually during the summer term time frame. You can visit this page for the latest version information.

For Faculty and Staff Computers

The software offered through the Creative Cloud desktop app is, by default, the latest available.

In order to install an older version of an application using the Creative Cloud desktop app:

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the Creative Cloud app.
  2. Click on the Apps tab.
  3. Toggle the Show Older apps switch.
  4. Click Done.
  5. For the app that you want to install an older version of, click on the three dots, then Other Version. Choose the version you want to install.
