DePaul students, faculty, staff, and others who receive access to various DePaul applications, systems, and software are issued a BlueKey account, including username, email address, password, and multi-factor authentication. Want to learn more? BlueKey detailed information.
In order to reset your password without calling the Help Desk, you must answer YES TO BOTH of these questions:
If YES TO BOTH, please visit this BlueKey password reset page and follow the steps to verify your identity and reset your password. View password reset instructions.
If NO TO EITHER, please contact the Help Desk during Help Desk hours. Since the Help Desk is only available during limited times, please consider adding enough secure verification methods to be able to reset your own password.
After receiving an email message that your BlueKey account is ready, visit the link in the message to setup your BlueKey account. Follow the steps to setup your account.
