Overview
‘Bookings with Me’ is a Microsoft 365 feature that allows you to publish a personalized booking page linked to your Outlook calendar. It simplifies scheduling by letting colleagues and external contacts book time directly with you.
Step 1: Access Bookings with Me
Step 2: Create a New Meeting Type
- Click Create new meeting type.
- Enter:
- Title (e.g., “15-Minute Chat” or “Project Review”)
- Description (optional)
- Set Duration (e.g., 15, 30, or 60 minutes).
- Choose Location:
- Teams Meeting (online)
- In-person
- Phone call
Step 3: Configure Availability
- Define Available Days and Times.
- Add Buffer Time between meetings.
- Set Minimum Lead Time to prevent last-minute bookings.
Step 4: Publish and Share
- Click Publish.
- Copy your booking link and share via:
- Email signature
- Teams chat
- Direct Email

- Create multiple meeting types for different purposes.
- Review your availability regularly.
