Bookmarking ServiceNow Resources


Some content/resources in ServiceNow can be bookmarked for later reference.  If you find there is a Knowledge Article, a Catalog Page, or a Request Form that you would like to bookmark to refer back to later, just click the heart icon in the title bar of the page content.  

Once you have added a page as a favorite, you can then access it at any time in the portal by clicking on the 'My Favorites' in the top right of the main menu.
