DePaul's Knowledge Base wiki is found at https://depaul.atlassian.net/wiki (previously knowledge.depaul.edu). It uses Atlassian's Confluence Cloud product and is available for Staff, Faculty, and Student Employee use. Knowledge base articles are hosted and maintained by individual departments, along with the University's disaster recovery processes and procedures. All accounts for Atlassian products created with @depaul.edu email addresses will now be officially managed by DePaul, including Trello, Jira, and Bitbucket. While DePaul will never delete or access your accounts for these products, if you are currently using your @depaul.edu email to log into one of these Atlassian products and are concerned about your privacy or you will be leaving DePaul, you can register for a new Atlassian account with your personal email address and copy your work to your new account without losing any of your information.
