There is occasionally an issue with the network settings on some computers when running the Pulse VPN. Below are the steps to correct the issue.
- Open Control Panel and select Network and Internet than Network and Sharing Center, then select Change Adapter settings.
- Alternatively, from a DOS command prompt, you can run the command: ncpa.cpl
- Also alternatively, from the Start Menu, type "Run" and in the box that appears, enter the command: ncpa.cpl
- Locate the physical adapter (wireless if using wireless, or wired if using wired) in the Network Connections.
- Right-click on the adapter and select Properties.
- From the list, uncheck the checkbox for Juniper Network Service and click OK.

- Connect to the VPN with the desktop client.
- From the Network Connections, select Pulse Secure virtual adapter.

- Right-click on the adapter and select Properties.
- From the list, uncheck the checkbox for Juniper Network Service and click OK.
