How to Contact Course On Line (COL Operations Center)


If you have any questions or concerns regarding Course On Line (COL), you may contact the Operations Center using one of these methods:

 

1. By E-Mail

For general inquiries, scheduling changes, requests for equipment guidance, or questions about a recording, please write to us at COL@cdm.depaul.edu. This will open a ticket which will receive a response during normal hours of operation.

2. By Telephone

For urgent matters, such as an equipment malfunction during a lecture, you may choose to call the COL Operations Center for assistance.

The Operations Center is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, excluding University holidays.

3. AV Support

CDM Audiovisual Services is responsible for the proper operation of projection and video equipment in some rooms. These are:

If your room is not listed, call the COL Operations Center for any equipment fault. If it was listed, and your issue relates to projection, video, or sound, call CDM Audiovisual Services:
