How To Use the DVD Player in a COL Room

This article explains how to use a Blu-Ray (DVD) player in a COL room.

Some COL Rooms are equipped with a Blu-Ray player. In most cases, the Blu-Ray player can play Blu-Ray discs, as well as DVDs and Compact Discs (CDs).

To use the Blu-Ray player with your Blu-Ray, DVD, or CD:

  1. Turn on the Crestron Touch Panel
Press the large POWER button to turn on the touch panel.
  2. Access the Home Screen and Select Video Output:
Once the Touch Panel is on, you will be directed to the Home Screen (refer to Figure 2). From this screen, press "VIDEO", then press "BLU-RAY".

  3. Control the Blu-Ray Player:
After selecting the "Blu-ray" option, the Touch Panel will display the controls for the Blu-Ray player (refer to Figure 3). You can now use these controls to manage playback, adjust settings, and navigate through your multimedia content.
