Intelliprint: Student Printing

Intelliprint is DePaul University's all-purpose student printing solution. Printers located in computer labs, libraries, and the Lincoln Park residence halls are all connected to the Intelliprint system.

How it Works

Account Information

Individuals can add money to their Demon Express account by visiting DePaul Central, making an electronic deposit through Campus Connect, or by visiting one of the Vend Transfer Stations located throughout campus.

Advantages of the Intelliprint System

For More Information

When you print from a lab or classroom computer at DePaul, you will see multiple Intelliprint printer options:

DePaul (Loop/LPC) Default Printer

This option will make the job available at all printers on the referenced campus. The job will be held at print stations under the Campus Connect username that you used to log into the computer and can only be accessed and released with the associated DePaul ID card.

DePaul Loop/LPC Color Printer

This option will make the job available at print stations which are labeled "COLOR Printer". Color printing is available in the following labs:

DePaul (Loop/LPC) Convenience/IPFA

This is provided as an option for users printing from their personal computers via IPrint From Anywhere(IPFA). Like the Default Printer choice, this printer also makes the job available at all printers on the referenced campus. However, when you select this printer, you will be prompted to enter your Campus Connect username (without @depaul.edu).

You may find additional options available such as specialty printers in some labs and library plotters.

After you have submitted your print job, you may visit any print station on the corresponding campus to release it. Simply swipe your DePaul ID card to view and release the job. You will only see jobs that are associated with your Campus Connect username. All print jobs will expire four hours after submission.
