Intelliprint is DePaul University's all-purpose printing solution for students, faculty, and staff. Intelliprint printers are located in computer labs, libraries, Lincoln Park residence halls, and academic buildings across both campuses.

How it Works
- Students: are allotted $24.00 of free printing per quarter; for law students, the allotment is $36.00 per semester. Amounts are carried over through quarters and semesters, and are reset at the end of the school year, just before the Fall quarter begins.
- Intelliprint: uses your Demon Express account to fund your printing activity after this allotment has been exceeded.
- Printing Rates:
- Black & White: $0.08 for one single-sided page, $0.16 for one double-sided page)
- Color: $0.50 per side ($0.50 for one single-sided page, $1.00 for one double-sided page)

For More Information
When you print from a lab or classroom computer at DePaul, you will see multiple Intelliprint printer options. The job will be held at print stations under the Campus Connect username that you used to log into the computer and can only be accessed and released with the associated DePaul ID card.
DePaul (Loop/LPC) Default Printer
This option will make the job available at all black and white printers on the referenced campus; please see the next section for more information about the color printers.
DePaul Loop/LPC Color Printer
This option will make the job available at print stations which are labeled "COLOR Printer"; if a printer is not labeled like this, it is a black and white printer only. The color print queues show as "DePaul <campus> Color conv/ipfa".
Color printing is available in the following labs:
- Lincoln Park: John T Richardson Library First and Second Floors
- 100 (north east corner)
- 200
- Lincoln Park: Sheffield's Coffee located on the First Floor of the Student Center
- Loop: DePaul Center 10018
- Loop: Daley 150
A few notes about color printing versus B/W printing:
- If you wish to print in color, ensure the document is printed to the proper print queue. The color print queues show as "DePaul <campus> Color conv/ipfa". Please note that if you print to the color queue, it will not show up on B/W print stations, nor will B/W print jobs show up on color print stations.
- The color printers are NOT set to duplex automatically, unlike the Black and White printers, this setting can be changed in print properties.
DePaul (Loop/LPC) Convenience/IPFA
This is provided as an option for users printing from their personal computers via iPrint printing. Like the Default Printer choice, this printer also makes the job available at all printers on the referenced campus. However, when you select this printer, you will be prompted to enter your Campus Connect username (without @depaul.edu).
You may find additional options available such as specialty printers in some labs and library plotters.
After you have submitted your print job, you may visit any print station on the corresponding campus to release it. Simply swipe your DePaul ID card to view and release the job. You will only see jobs that are associated with your Campus Connect username. All print jobs will expire four hours after submission.
