IS Academic Support Team - Request Forms

The Academic Support Team (AST) of Information Services assists academic units (such as SCPS, LAS, BUS, and Student Affairs) as well as Mission & Ministry with their technical operations and reporting needs with an overall focus on student retention and persistence. These units can use the links below to request assistance from the AST. Please make sure to log in to ServiceNow before clicking on any of the ServiceNow links below. ‘Go’ Short Link

This service request form allows users to request the generation of a short link for easy redirection to a webpage, online form, or event information.

Web Support & Maintenance

This service allows users to request modifications to their web content.

Data Request 

This service allows users to request data or reports on data stored in university repositories or external systems licensed to DePaul. This includes the creation and maintenance of custom queries and dynamic reports (Tableau).

Student Groups Maintenance (PeopleSoft)

Support is available for managing a specific student group within the PeopleSoft system. Our team is here to provide guidance and aid in effectively handling the needs and operations related to this designated student cohort within PeopleSoft.

Blue Demon Internship Access

Complete the Blue Demon Internship Access Request Form with the student's information to grant access swiftly.
