Microsft OneDrive: Sync Folders 'Shared with you'

When someone shares a folder with you from their OneDrive, you can sync it to your computer. Here is how to sync a shared folder from OneDrive:

  1. Login to OneDrive with your BlueKey login.

  2. Open the "Shared" section of OneDrive.

  3. Open the desired folder that was shared with you.
  4. Click "Sync" in the menu bar.

  5. A prompt will appear asking you to open a "odopen" link. Click the "Open link" button to open the link with the OneDrive desktop application.

  6. The shared folders that you set to sync will appear in File Explorer under "DePaul University"
