The storage location for Teams recordings is OneDrive or SharePoint depending on whether it is a 1:1, Meet Now, or Channel meeting. Teams can record meetings and group calls to capture audio, video, and screen sharing activity. There is also an option for recordings to have automatic transcription along with the ability to play back meeting recordings with closed captions and review important discussion items in the transcript. The recording happens in the cloud and is saved to OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online for a period of 60 days.
