Finding Shared Line voicemails:
Lines you are delegated to do not share voicemails.
For Shared Device Physical Phones:
Voicemails are available from the physical phone. The Envelope button will glow red when there are pending voicemails.
If the line was previously enabled to have voicemails go to a shared email inbox, voicemails will also appear there. If this was not set up previously, you can request this added to a line by opening a ticket to the help desk.
For shared voicemail, the option "when you cant answer a call" must be set to "redirect to a new number or contact" with the contact being TV-VM-RA-[XXXXX] - X's being the last 5 digits of the line. If this is set to anything else, personalized voicemail messages and message forwarding to email will be broken.
Adjusting the voicemail message:
Line owners are able to set the voicemail message on shared accounts by going to their Settings, Call settings and clicking on the tab that says TV-VM-[Extension] and type in the message greeting they want callers to hear.
