If you have already set up Transact Mobile eAccounts on an existing Android phone, and wish to install it on another phone, you may encounter an error setting it up on the new phone if you have not yet removed the account on your old from your Google Wallet (see image below).
Removing eAccount from your Google Wallet
First, open up eAccounts on your old Android phone. Once there, you'll need to open in Wallet View by clicking on View in Wallet.
Once you have opened your card in Wallet View, click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Then, click on Remove at the bottom of the screen.
Finally confirm your selection by clicking Delete. You should receive a confirmation screen such as below. After you have removed from the Wallet on your old phone, you should now be able to complete your eAccount setup on a new phone.
