The mobile and internet stipend is an online request form in ServiceNow. Eligible DePaul employees will soon be able to navigate to the request page, fill out the form, and submit the request to their approving budget manager. Budget managers will be able to visit the stipend approval page, review the information, and approve the request with the click of a button.

Stipend renewals are accepted through the mobile device/internet service stipend request form between Nov. 1 and mid-December for the upcoming year.
New stipend requests are accepted through the mobile device/internet service stipend request form from Jan. 1 through Oct. 31. If you are a new employee and requesting a stipend between Nov. 1 and the end of the calendar year, new employees will fill out a paper form provided directly to the employee via Payroll. The online stipend request form is only available for stipend renewals from Nov. 1 through the end of the year.

Budget managers will receive an email notifying them of the submitted stipend request form.
They approve the request through the Help Desk portal at helpdesk.depaul.edu. There are a few ways to do this task.
Once the budget manager has navigated to the approval page, they can make sure the request is accurate and approve or reject the request, or ask questions if they need additional details.
Budget managers may not be able to make approvals. ServiceNow has a form where you can delegate approval to another person.
