IS Support - Office 365: Import Data (.pst) File into Outlook (Windows)

To import a .pst into Outlook 365 for Windows, please follow these steps:

Click “File”
Click “Open & Export”
Select “Outlook Data File”
Navigate to the directory where your .pst file is located
Select the .pst file by clicking on it
Click “Ok”

Your .pst file will appear as an additional folder within your current profile. If you create a new Outlook profile, you will need to import your .pst file again to interact with it.
