Information Services currently supports the below telephones for departmental use. Please note that a softphone through Teams Phone can be used in lieu of a physical desk phone (see the first entry below).
Microsoft Teams Softphone - $0.00
If you have a DePaul office phone number, you will be able to use the Calls tab in the Microsoft Teams app to make calls from your office phone number. Learn more about Microsoft Teams Phone.

Headsets
The DePaul issued Microsoft Modern USB-C headsets are now available. If you already have a headset that you find comfortable, we strongly recommend using that. If you require a headset, you can fill out this form and check the box next to where it says headset.
You will need to pick up the headsets at the Loop or LPC depot, which you can choose on the form. The department liasons can order more than one. Our recommendation is to figure out what your department needs and order based on that.
C455HD Audiocodes Phones - $250.00
The C455HD Audiocodes model is the standard model for front desk phones and other shared phones. It is a physical phone that works with Microsoft Teams Phone. Although these physical phones are not generally available for individuals, these phones can be purchased by your department for individuals if deemed necessary. However, the Teams Softphone option is highly recommended for individuals.
