RingCentral Call Center: Account Setup


  1. You will receive an email with the subject line: [EXT] You have been added to your company's RingCentral business phone system
  2. Inside of this email, there is a blue button that says “Set Up Account”. Click this button.
  3. When you click the above button, it will bring you to a page asking for you to log in. Please click the “SSO” option listed last.
  4. If you have an active Campus Connect/D2L/login session in the same browser, after you enter your email the system will likely take you to the next step. Otherwise, please enter your email address (username@depaul.edu) and Campus Connect password as prompted.
  5. On the next screen you will be asked to set up a PIN number. Please note that there are some requirements for this number:
    1. PIN Criteria
      1. Only Digits
      2. No sequential (e.g. "1234", "7890")
      3. No repeating (e.g. "222", "050505"
      4. No account information (e.g. extension number, phone number
      5. Length 6-10 digits
  6. Once you have created your PIN number, enter a Security Question and response in the appropriate fields and click "Continue."
  7. You will then see a homepage with the words “Get Started!” on the first screen. Your account should be fully configured.
