With Microsoft Teams Phone, you are now able to Block unwanted calls without putting in Help Desk tickets.

1. Identify the spam Caller in your Teams call history.

2. Click on the three dots next to the spam number you wish to block.

3. Click on "Block".

4. All calls from that blocked number will now be marked with "Blocked" and the number will be Blocked.
