U-Pass + METRA: Find my VENTRA Username Instructions


To participate in the U-Pass + Metra program, you must have a registered Ventra username associated with the Ventra mobile app, please follow the below instructions to retrieve your Ventra username.

Students selecting the to add the METRA pass to their U-Pass will have monthly tickets delivered directly through the app during your enrollment period. If your username is entered incorrectly or you have not installed and registered the Ventra app, you will not receive your tickets. U-Pass + Metra Instructions

Please follow the steps below to verify your Ventra username:

Step 1: Open the Ventra app on your Android or iPhone and log in to your account.

Step 2: If you do not yet have an account, please register and make note of your Ventra username. If you already have an account, you will see the main screen with a menu button located at the top of the app.

Step 3: Tap the menu button. Your Ventra username will be displayed at the top of the menu.
