The Help Desk (formerly called TSC or the Technology Support Center) is your first point of contact when you need assistance with technology on campus. Request support with:

Help Desk Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 8 pm
Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 8am - 4 pm
Sunday: CLOSED

Remote Assistance

A Help Desk analyst may need to establish a secure remote connection to your computer to enable us to troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct problems. The analyst will provide you with a secure six-digit pin to enter into the LogMeIn remote support system.

Genius Squad

The Genius Squad is DePaul's premiere walk-in support center. For current students, we provide free technical service and support for desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and other personal electronic devices.

We now also provide support to faculty and staff members with DePaul-owned computers and mobile devices. If your DePaul-owned computer or mobile device isn't functioning properly, please feel free to stop by.

Our desk is staffed by some of DePaul's most technically adept students, many of whom are currently enrolled in our Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media, so you can trust that we will have the answers you need.
