Google G-Suite: Access and Features


What is Google G-Suite?

Google G-Suite for Education is a collection of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools developed by Google.

G-Suite is enabled primarily for the purpose of allowing other entities to share content with DePaul faculty and staff. Information Services recommends utilizing Microsoft 365 for content sharing and collaboration. 


Getting Started:

G-Suite accounts are set up automatically for DePaul faculty and staff.  In order to access your account, log in to Google using your DePaul email address. 

Note: If you are using a long email address, you must enter the full email address.

Google Login Portal

You will then be redirected to the DePaul login page, where you should enter your email address and password.  Once you are logged in, you can click on the AppLauncher to see a list of the tools that you have access to.

Features

G-Suite for Education is a collection of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools developed by Google. All DePaul faculty and staff have access to a G-Suite account. Please note that students do not have access to G-Suite via their DePaul credentials.
