Software: Standard Software for Lab and Classroom Computers


Planned changes to the 2023-2024 academic-year classroom and lab computer software list are below. Amendments to this page will be made as needed. Please return regularly for updates. This page was last updated on 2023.09.01.

This page lists software titles available in classrooms and computer labs.  Standard software is available in every classroom and computer lab. Specialty software is installed in the locations listed.

 

Adobe Creative Cloud users:

In order to use Creative Cloud 2023 software, Adobe mandates users sign in. Faculty and staff, please log in with your “@depaul.edu” e-mail address and Campus Connect credentials (please do not use your long e-mail address). Students, if you do not already have one, please create a free Adobe ID to sign in with.  Please refer to the Adobe Creative Cloud Sign-In page for more details. 

Note: Viewing PDF files within Acrobat Reader does not require signing in.

Outgoing Titles

The following titles will be removed from classroom and lab computers. These titles have low usage, licensing conflicts, have been discontinued by their publisher, and/or no longer receive updates to address security vulnerabilities, general errors, and functionality improvements.
