Adobe Creative Cloud: Trouble Signing In

Faculty/Staff

Please make sure you are using your full "username@depaul.edu" email address when signing into the Adobe Creative Cloud instead of any long form email such as john.smith@depaul.edu, as this latter type of email will not work for logging into the Adobe Creative Cloud. For installation instructions, please see Adobe Creative Cloud: Installation for Faculty/Staff.

Student Employees

To use the Adobe Creative Cloud on your DePaul-owned computer, please have your supervisor reach out to the Help Desk, as student employees do not have licenses associated with their @depaul.edu email addresses. For more information, please see Adobe Creative Cloud: Installation for Student Employees.

Students (Lab Access)

To use the Adobe Creative Cloud on a lab computer, please create an Adobe ID with a personal email address and log into your Adobe ID when prompted. If you already have an Adobe ID, please log in with your Adobe ID credentials when prompted.

If you are experiencing any issues signing in with your Adobe ID, please see Adobe's support page for sign-in issues.

Students (Enrolled Class Access)

Since Fall 2020, DePaul has been providing students with the ability to install Adobe Creative Cloud on their home computers for students enrolled in a class requiring Adobe Creative Cloud apps.  These classes are determined by their college and instructor.  Access to the software is limited to the term in which they are enrolled in one of these classes, and will be free of charge during the time they are enrolled in an authorized class.  Access will be automatically authorized for students when enrolled in one of these classes.

If you are a student enrolled in a course that grants Adobe access to be used on a personal computer, please see this Knowledge Base article for details on next steps.
