If Outlook cannot open and/or you are experiencing any of the following errors while trying to open Outlook, please RESTART the PC you are currently trying to access Outlook on. If you currently have a remote session with that PC, the connection will end, but you will be able to access the PC once the restart process has completed.
If you are still experiencing issues after the restart, please contact the Help Desk. In the meantime, you can navigate to outlook.depaul.edu in a browser to access your emails.
