Please note that this Blue Demon Card will be mailed to the address you have designated as your mailing address in the "Profile" tab of Campus Connect. Please make sure that your address is correct before completing the online photo submission request. Incorrect addresses in Campus Connect will result in delays or lost cards. Photos can be uploaded from your mobile device or computer.

Once your photo is submitted and approved, you cannot submit another photo. If you would like a new photo on your Blue Demon Card please visit one of our offices to have a photo taken and pay the replacement fee.
