2022/2023 Note: You may have to remove and re-add the workspace if you can no longer see the links to connect to the Virtual Lab.
To install and connect to the DePaul Virtual Lab through the macOS client:
Note: You should only need to add the workspace once during the initial setup or upon re-installation of the client.
- Download and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop client on your macOS device from the Mac App Store.
- Launch Microsoft Remote Desktop and choose Add Workspace.
- Enter your @depaul.edu email address and click Add.
- When prompted, enter your BlueKey credentials (@depaul.edu) and click Next.
- Double click the DePaul Virtual Lab icon and enter your BlueKey password.
- You are now connected to the DePaul Virtual Lab.
Note: For ease of access, you may also add Microsoft Remote Desktop to the Dock.
