Important Changes to DePaul Login Credentials and Password Reset


Important: You must register for BlueKey multi-factor authentication before you can reset your own password. If you haven't registered for BlueKey multi-factor, you will need to contact the Help Desk to reset your password. View instructions to register here.


Important Changes:

  1. DePaul students, faculty and staff will no longer reset their passwords through Campus Connect.
  2. DePaul faculty, staff and student employees must register for BlueKey multi-factor authentication in order to access the new BlueSky portal (Oracle Cloud HR and Finance system). Once they have registered, they will be able to reset their passwords without contacting the Help Desk.
  3. It is highly recommended that DePaul students register for BlueKey multi-factor authentication. Once they have registered, they will be able to reset their passwords without contacting the Help Desk.
