The Help Desk will provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 operating systems that have been installed onto DePaul purchased computers by the Technology Depot.
The Help Desk is able to provide troubleshooting support for macOS versions 10.13 (High Sierra) and higher that are installed onto DePaul purchased, Technology Depot-provided, computers.

The DePaul University Computer Replacement Program provides one computer to all staff/faculty employees.
