Productivity and Collaboration

D2L

Desire2Learn (D2L) is DePaul's learning management system. It allows faculty to share resources, collect assignments, and provide feedback to the students in their courses.

Zoom in D2L

Students, faculty and staff can take advantage of a Zoom Pro license. The Pro license allows students to schedule their own Zoom video conferences with up to 300 users and no time limit.

Getting Started with Zoom in D2L:

Teaching Commons

Find a range of practical and pedagogical resources, from learning how to access your course roster to discovering professional development programs available to faculty and staff at DePaul.

Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a robust online research suite, available to all current DePaul students, faculty, and staff.  Qualtrics helps you to create, distribute, and analyze online surveys with ease.

Intelliprint

Intelliprint is DePaul University's all-purpose student printing solution. Printers located in computer labs, libraries, and the Lincoln Park residence halls are all connected to the Intelliprint system.

E-Fax

Information Services has implemented an electronic fax service (E-Fax) for use throughout the university, providing a replacement for traditional phoneline fax services.

Mass Mailing (CRM)

Mass mailings may be used when a DePaul constituent wishes to communicate with a large group of people via email. The Email Broadcasts and Other University Communications University policy establishes several categories of mass mailings at DePaul; the ways in which Information Services supports these categories are detailed on this page.

Microsoft Teams

Teams is Microsoft's unified communications platform which combines messaging, meetings, file storage, application integration, and voice and video calling into one collaborative team workspace.

Zoom Outside of D2L

Students, faculty and staff can take advantage of a Zoom Pro license. The Pro license allows students to schedule their own Zoom video conferences with up to 300 users and no time limit.

Getting Started outside of D2L:

Office 365

Office 365 is a collection of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools developed by Microsoft.  All DePaul faculty, staff, and students have access to an Office 365 account.

OneDrive: File Sharing and Content Management

OneDrive is a cloud file storage and collaboration service provided by Microsoft. Microsoft 365 accounts are set up automatically for DePaul staff, faculty, and students. Sign in to OneDrive using your DePaul email address and password. On DePaul-owned systems located on campus the OneDrive client application will be pre-installed.

Sharepoint Teams Sites

Departments may request the creation of a SharePoint Teams site for collaborating, sharing content and files, and the setup of web pages.  Teams sites are generally used for departmental use, projects, or other team-based collaborations.
