1. Verify system is on
2. Check volume level; select "Volume" tab. Increase volume as necessary. If muted, unmute audio.
3. Check if video is playing and unmuted
4. Check if computer output is set to Crestron; if not, change output to Crestron
5. If none of these work, restart the entire system; press the power button, the select "Yes"
