Microsoft Forms is a basic, lightweight app intended to quickly collect information via surveys and quizzes.

How do I access Forms? 

1. Sign into office.com with your BlueKey@DePaul.edu login.
2. In the list of apps, find "Forms." You might need to click the apps menu and choose "All apps."
3. Click "Forms."
