Many of our most common items, such as 'access DePaul email', 'access a resource mailbox', 'set permissions on a resource mailbox', or 'manage spam' can be found in their own detailed articles if you search on those specific terms. There is not a specific attachment size allowed. The limitation is actually for total message size. The maximum permitted message size is 35MB. Message size is determined by combining attachment size, body size, and total number of recipients. You may be able to send an attachment closer to 30MB if the body is short and you are only sending to one recipient. If you are sending to many recipients with a large amount of content, the attachment size allowed will be much smaller. If it is necessary to share a file larger than 35MB, or a smaller file with many recipients, it is recommended that you use one of the DePaul provided cloud storage services to share the file via link, such as OneDrive.

Outlook will store previously used addresses in your Outlook Auto-Complete list. This is the list of addresses that appear automatically when you start to type in the To field. Sometimes these saved addresses can become corrupted. To fix this, you will need to remove them from your auto-complete entries and select them anew from the Outlook Address Book. If the person you are emailing is external to DePaul, you may need to contact them using another means to verify their address has not changed.
