Why Am I Getting An Authentication Error Message When Trying To Login Into D2L?
If you are getting the following error message when attempting to login into D2L, this typically means that you do not have an account in D2L yet.
User accounts in D2L get created in one of two ways:
- If you are a student at DePaul, your D2L account gets created once you have registered for a class in campus connect.
- If you are an instructor at DePaul, your D2L account gets created once you have been scheduled to teach a course in campus connect.
In both cases, it can take a few hours before your account appears in D2L.
