If D2L is acting oddly for you (e.g., pages not loading as they should), here are the first troubleshooting steps you should take:
- First, make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are our recommended browsers. We do not recommend using Safari with D2L.
- Next, try accessing D2L in a different browser. If it works fine, then there may be a cache issue with the other browser. We recommend clearing the cache or deleting and re-downloading it.
- If the issue persists, try accessing D2L in an incognito tab or window, which disables browser add-ons. If it works fine, then we recommend disabling your add-ons. Once disabled, turn on each add-on, one by one, to determine which add-on is causing the issue.
