How to Use the Touchscreen Zoom Display in a Trimodal Room

The purpose of this article is to explain the use of the touchscreen Zoom displays in Classroom Operations rooms that are Trimodal rooms. 

Important: Trimodal rooms with touchscreen Zoom displays require Zoom mode to be selected from the touch panels to be used. The display will otherwise display whiteboard feedback by default. For information on using the Q-SYS touch panel in a Trimodal room, visit this link. 

Also note that the shared content source may be changed using the touch panel, after you have entered Zoom mode.

If “Share” is selected, the following screen & options will appear: 

 

 

If “New Meeting” is selected from the homepage or “Start Meeting” is selected from the shared content screen, the following screen & option will appear:

Navigating the “View” Menu: 

The “View” menu first provides the user with a choice to adjust options on either Display 1 or Display 2.
